So, did Dick and Kory have a full make-out session and have sex the whole time? I thought they just kissed.

Now I understand why this panel from the previous issue was drawn. When I first saw it, I was like, “Where are they going?” They didn't show where they went.

So they actually went to bed together that night...

I really thought the kiss was just a dream or an illusion, but now it’s clear it actually happened.

This is what it could mean:

If Dick is still in a relationship with Barbara, then it would mean he cheated on Barbara with Kory, since it was a scene where both Dick and Kory consented. Dick said, What have "I" done?" So he thought it was him who initiated the kiss and sex.

Note, the coffee didn’t possess or control their bodies, it only made them relive their old feelings/relationship, they were still able to make their own choices and could have stopped themselves from doing it but they didn’t.

But... what if Dick and Barbara recently broke up off-panel? That could explain why Dick felt a little bad for Barbara.

Also Bonus, We got Dick worried for Kory.
