My face looks dumb but body pic that’s decent. I started this with the intention of finding moments that I felt attractive and to talk positive about my body. Through forced positivity, eventually that becomes learned and no longer forced. We can change how we think though sheer repetition. It’s true I still workout quite a bit and have some body image issues. I still want to lose just a bit off that tummy and have my abs better. But I can objectively look at it and be happy. More often I feel myself able to just be like, “yup dats me,” rather than wanting to complain about my larger obliques or my hips.
