When I think I’ve been succeeding at restricting & exercising more but my eating disorder be like

So I’ve been pretty good for a while. Have’nt even thought about what I’ve been eating for a good few months until one of my friends created an account where they talk about how they have struggled with eating for a while.

I know it’s good for people to talk about it and to share but I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it all day and I know it’s gonna get bad again. I kind of want it to get bad.
