Steve tapped a digit on a wall, nervous as the Eradicons and Vehicons filed in. Terriermon was in a nearby datapad, waiting for his cue. Still, the nervousness coming from the changed Vehicon was palpable.
He turned to Allen. "Is that everyone you know can keep a secret from S-Shockwave? Because I don't want any of my story getting back to him."
"Bobcat~" D1CC teased, crossing his arms with what would have been a smug look on his face if he could express it, but his EM field was giving off that sense, if the creature could sense it.
Stevey? D1CC snorted to himself, so the creature gave Steve a nickname? How was he supposed to take any of this seriously? "Alpha, why are we watching this puppet show? I have more important things to do."
Allen turned his helm to D1CC and glared. He wasn't completely wrong, though. "Hey Steve, didn't you say there was something that could threaten us?" Maybe D1CC could get his helm on and listen if there was a threat involved.
Terriermon narrowed his eyes at D1CC before hopping back into the Datapad.
"Yes. You remember the little white lion creature? The one that injured me? That was a Spadamon, a digimon." A ex-vent. "He is on the weaker side of digimon. Same level as Terriermon currently. Stronger ones are just as common."
Terriermon hopped out, holding something in his ears. A small purple little octopus thing with a large eyeball. "And this is a baby digimon, one of the Kuramon!"
"That is the ugliest--" D1CC started before Allen slapped his servo over his mouth. D1CC smacked his hand away. "I'm going to flattin' that thing."
Allen rolled his optics. He regrets bringing his comrade to this debriefing. "That white lion thing was huge, wasn't it? It was chasing us, about to kill us. It injured you. And you say it's a weaker digimon? That doesn't sound good. You think more of those things are gonna attack?" he was thinking about how this would play out. He wondered if they should get their commanders involved. Should Megatron know about this? He wondered.
"I imagine the digimon would be a threat to the humans, and the humans have the Autobots on their side. Maybe we can just let the 'Bots fight this one out for us. Would that work? Because I'm sure Megatron would be happy for that distraction. It would make the Autobots waste even more of their resources to fight those creatures instead of us."
Terriermon smirked at D1CC. "Wanna hold the little guy? He's just a little baby~ Maybe you'll be the second one to Bond with a Digimon."
"To be fair, there are as many Digimon as Humans, if not more." Steve explained, getting nervous. "And... well... they have just as many opinions as well. There would be a few who would want to side with the Autobots just because they find Ratchet attractive. "
"And... um... Digimon are far more likely to make Bonds with Humans. Ones like Terriermon and I have. Ones that make them even more powerful."
"Imagine, you think you are about to crush one of the humans that hangs out with the Autobots. And the dog at their side suddenly becomes bigger than Megatron."
Terriermon spoke up. "He hasn't even mentioned Biomerging yet!"
A digit came down on the Digimon's head. "We will not be talking about that. We're the only ones who can do that."
"Adopting a human as a pet is basic. Adopt a Digimon instead."

Steve is staring at a salt lamp. Unfortunately, he's thinking about taking a bite out of it from sheer curiosity.
"I am an alien." Steve bluntly states, looking down at the little digimon. "A giant robot from outer space who chooses to be a car."
Then he kneels down to poke them with a single pointed digit. "So what is a little one like you doing out of the Digital World? It can be dangerous for Digimon to not have a partner."
"Hey, hands off the merchandise!" Church grumbled, smacking ineffectually at the hand poking him. Alien robot car, huh? That was a new one.
"I'm... looking for someone. He looks kinda like me, just taller and less handsome. And evil. Very big on the monologues. Have you seen him?"
Steve thought for a moment. "No, I haven't seen a digimon like that. Would you like assistance finding them?" He really did want to help the little guy with someone 'problematic'.
"Hey, who's the shrimp!" Terriermon shouted, hopping out of a ATM, holding a bundle of cash.

"Hold on, are you a car or a giant robot? I'm about 90% certain you can't be both--and even MORE certain a car can't be a Digimon Tamer."
He may or may not have just been staring at Steve for an uncomfortably long period of time, trying to figure out how to broach this question without sounding rude... and deciding that wasn't really worth the effort.

"I mean, I trust them. I don't know why you'd want to tell others an important secret if you wanted to keep it from Shockwave, or anyone. The more that know a secret, the higher the possibility the secret slips out," he raised an optic ridge behind his mask, tilting his helm.
"You sure you want others to know?" he wondered why Steve was doing all of this. Was it because he wanted to be part of the Decepticons again? He truly didn't know.
"Well, that's the thing. You remember that white lion thing that injured me? There's more like it coming eventually. I wanted to make sure that every bot here knows it's coming and what to do."
Steve then tapped on the datapad. "Ah, hello. I got A113N to gather you all here for an important reason." This was hard, especially figuring out how to bring up the important bits first. "You may all recall when I was brought in. I claimed I didn't know but I lied. It is something that lives in the human digital network. A species of digital creatures known as Digimon."
Terrimon hopped out of the Datapad in a flash of data. "Sup, ya weirdos!"
One of the Vehicons, who was half paying attention and who was also low on energon, freaked out when he saw a creature pop out of the screen. "AHHHH! What is that?! Kill it!! Kill it with fire!!"
Allen slapped him. He settled back down, and Allen handed him a small cube so he could come to his senses.
"What is that, a cat?" a different Vehicon asked.
Allen shushed them.
"Go ahead, Steve," Allen instructed.
"This is Terriermon. A digimon and my partner."
"Yup. Now, y'all are aware of parallel universes right? Digimon like me are from one unintentionally made by humans connected to their Network stuff." Terriermon has a mischievous grin, taking not of the spooked vehicon.
Steve bonked the digimon on the head with a digit. "Anyways. I unintentionally entered their world, the Digital World. It's complicated but due to the time difference, I was stuck there for over 10 Stellar Cycles, though only a few Solar Cycles passed here."
"And while there-" He opened his chassis, revealing his Spark Housing. It was similar but the colors were wildly different, with strange runes adorning the rim of his spark chamber. "-I had to change to survive."
"And he became super awesome as well!"
"It's totally a cat," D1CC remarked, arms folded. He had a cocky look about his stance.
A1M0ND was nervously sipping at the cube Allen gave him. He was shaking as he watched the little creature bound about and speak. He thought he was hallucinating.
Allen leaned forward to see Steve's spark. Wild! The runes were otherworldly. Steve really had been through it. And to be gone for 10 stellar cycles?
"You'll have to tell me about your adventures sometime, Steve," Allen said.
"If you say that creature came from some human mishap with their network, why is it popping out of your datapad, Steve. Did you infect our Cybertronian tech?" he scoffed.
"Bro, do I look like I have a long tail." Terriermon crossed his little arms.
"No, I did not." He poked Terriermon on the head. "Digimon are made of data that has become physical but can become data again briefly to transition between the Digital World, the Network, and this plane of existence."
"Yeah, just cuz y'all are super space aliens doesn't change the nature of y'alls data and stuff!" Terriermon smirked. "It might be tough but if that Slenderman freakazoid ain't around, a couple dozen champion level Digimon could brute force your fire walls and stuff in due time."
"My datapad isn't connected to the wider network at the moment, regardless." Steve intoned, before a glitch ran across the screen. "Terriermon. What did you do?"
"Ah, relax Stevey, it's just a couple of Kuramon in there. Ya know, in case you needed more proof. Though they might have multiplied..."
Steve turned around and just hit his helm on the wall.

"Ah, don't worry about it sweetie. My partner's always nearby." He grinned, taking a sip of his overly sugary and caffeinated drink. "But he's pretty shy and clumsy so he might not want to meet you or others."
"But yeah, you could consider us both pretty independent from others. He just got over his major crush of a jerk that made him side with a bad group."
Looking in the fancy car, there was barely any sign that anyone drove it. And no obvious way for Terriermon to drive it...

"I'm always ready!" He already had a plan for how to mess with this guy.
Internally, Steve wanted this race too. He hadn't been in a race in a while. Especially with a Digimon.
Terriermon made a show of looking at the old stop light, waiting for the light to turn from red to green.
The digimon then looked back at Beelzemon and spoke quickly with that shit eating grin. "Edgelord says 'what.'"
The light changed and Steve peeled out.
"Oh. So you are the phone. Huh." Rascal pulling own his own phone from god knows where, and holds it up for Steve to gander at. It's a meme. An old one. A cursed one.
"Dis you? Was you phone?"

Steve's voice went turned gravely serious. "He is always watching, like Santa Claus. None of your sins escape his faceless gaze."

The rusted mech landed near Steve as the former warlord shifted his frame looking around the place..."hmmm this seems to be a suitable den for a few days"

"Lord Megatron?" Steve had been relaxing at an old abandoned factory, Terriermon in the office getting the wiring working to get the lights on. He had claimed this was going to be their new base on Earth.
The vehicon himself had been outside, taking in the sun when the FRAGGING LEADER OF THE DECEPTICONS landed near him. To say his voice squeaked was an understatement.
He snapped to attention, the programming still deep despite his years in the Digital World.
"please do not be alarmed......i...mean no-one else harm..." The bot looks old and rusted as he still has those red optics but...he just looks different all together "...the war is over you need not call me lord no longer "
"I-I understand lo- Megatron." Maybe this is a good sign. Maybe he won't get turned to scrap. "Um, why don't you come in, get some rest from your journey? My partner is working on getting the lights working."
Oh scrap! Terriermon! He's going to say something inappropriate!
He leaned his helm in before Megatron could take a step. "Partner! We got an important guest so please keep your shenanigans to a minimum!"
"Ah, but Steve, my way with words is legendary!" Terriermon yelled back.
He turned back to the former warlord. "Er, sorry. I knows it's going to be messy in there but we recently took it over."
"Steven...I'm practically too old and have no frags left to give" he's right behind him literally.... As he ducked under the entrance...
Terriermon poked his head out, seeing the old bot. A shit eating grin grew on the Digimon's face. Steve was shaking his helm like crazy.
"Who's this old crusty and rusty old clanker?"
There was the clank of Steve face palming. "This is Megatron."
"Hm." Terriermon looked him up and down. "'Sup?"
