Museum of Intimacy

museum of intimacy / like every human interaction and way of connection, the way we are showing our love is transforming through time. whether it’s a stone tablet or a Tinder message, the way we show our love still remains same. this idea was inspired by few core thoughts: designing a digital museum, the contrast of romance and technology, being touch starved in quarantine restrictions and dating in 2020. i think of this as a bar toilet cabin; everyone scrimbling their own thing and adding something from themselves.

Empty Spaces for Web

an experience of a space is something very personal and it can be hard to reproduce in the digital world. the idea of empty spaces for the web was developed by defining my favourite place at the school which was an object coming from a Turkish bath, a göbek taşı-. The object is out of the place, it does not belong there but created an ambiguous space, where functions and rituals are undefined. web could also have such spaces. Open to modification and not defined.

Boşluklar

Alışverişe Kısa Bir Mola /  Pandemiden önce kolaylıkla gezebildiğimiz zamanlarda  kent merkezindeki açık alanlarda bir çok ticari fonksiyondan farklı olarak boşluklarla karşılaşıyoruz. Bu da bizlere yoğun kent hayatından sıyrılarak bir ferahlama hissiyatı uyandırıyor. Bu doğrultusunda dijital dünyada sürekli reklamlara maruz kalırken, kentsel açık alanların bizlere yaşattığı bu his dijital dünyada da deneyimlenebilir mi?
