Don't worry! If any party goer is missing, follow the scattered bits of balloons that leave the house. You'll be sure to find them and they'll be relatively unharmed unless they were dragged.

If the trail starts turning into bits of the part goer such as clothing, hair, nails and flesh, its best to turn around and go back to the party. Its best to let him enjoy his payment in peace, you did forget the candy after all. You'll just have to tell everyone that the party goer is missing, even those who witnessed the snatching at. For if you do tell the truth or take the payment back, well..
