Crab 48 grams (54 kcal)
Cherry tomatoes 100 grams (19 kcal)
Total: 103 kcal
Today I'll eat a 164-kcal lunch:
Spelt crackers 14 g (53 kcal)
Greek yogurt 61 g (34 kcal)
Tuna 30 g (57 kcal)
Cucumbers 28 g (4 kcal)
Red onion 35 g (16 kcal)
I got the quantities a bit wrong, so it came out too much.
My period arrived today and I'm exhausted, but I still did the exercises and burned 361 kcal.
For lunch, I ate a total of 41 kcal:
Tomatoes: 130 g (20 kcal)
Bresaola: 14 g (21 kcal)

This evening I ate 63 kcal (100 gr egg white, 44 kcal, 60 gr fennel, 19 kcal). Today I consumed 123 kcal in total, and burned 473 kcal. I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning.
Today I'm proud, I ate 60 kcal (turkey breast 35 g, 34 kcal and fennel 85 g, 26 kcal). I burned 315 kcal.✨
I lost another kilo, great. Today I ate 70 kcal (35 g of turkey breast, 34 kcal, 215 g of tomatoes, 37 kcal). I burned 240 kcal. When I follow my plan, everything is fine.

I lost 2 kg, and I'm so motivated that I'm starting this diet today.
I've already planned every meal and I feel calm. For lunch, I ate 104 kcal (20 g of Robiola Osella cheese, 70 kcal, and 150 g of radicchio, 35 kcal). I really hope to lose 5 kg in a week.
