“That’s the spirit. Now, do we go to my favorite bar or find a new one?”
❛ whichever works. ❜

“Please. Even if we weren’t related, I wouldn’t touch you with a ten-foot pole. But I’m bored and you’re around, so come get a drink with me.”

Max: Spring is here and I'm dying to go for a run. You interested?
Dimitri: Sure why not
( twinnie. )
“Do you want to go get a drink?”
❛ -- -- are you so sexually frustrated you’d ask your own brother out on a date? ❜
moodboard: dimitri volkov & alyssa volkov (1/?)
ashby, carson.
almanza, jacqueline.
With no urge to feed it wasn’t that which made Jacqueline nervous as the woman approached her. It was her mixed feelings about the entire situation. She wanted to continue to be upset with Dimitri but that wasn’t his mother’s fault. “Thank you, Rhonda,” Jac replied, still unsure of what to do. The hand which she held out was almost enough to send her running but Jacqueline had a soft spot for older women. She’d never had a mother of her own and she always envied others. Timidly she reached out and took her hand gently. “I suppose I can stay for a little while. I see where your son gets his kindness now,” she explained, flashing Dimitri a sarcastic look. Kindness her ass but she could pretend. “Do you need any help with anything?”
Dimitri had to suppress the need to scowl, because he didn’t knew who he was scowling to. Jacqueline or his mother. She knew very well his father won’t like very much the idea of Jac around. Rhonda might have been nice and pleasant, but his father, James, was the complete opposite. He had been grumpy before losing his sight, but now he was simply irascible and didn’t liked having people visiting. Probably why he bought this house so ear the woods. In less than two seconds, the sound of a rough male voice echoed in the house, screaming both Rhonda and Dimitri’s names. “Mom, go. I’ll prepare lunch.” The elder nodded in his direction and left in a rush, sending the younger woman an apologetic smile, all while the hunter turned around and faced Jacqueline. “Come. This way.”
flores, naomi.
"What are you doing?"
“Well what does it look like to you? I’m picking a knife.”
redfern, rowan.
"What? Oh my god that’s so creepy!"
“Well he’s still around here, so you might want to call the police.”
descouedres, thierry.
“And who the hell do you think you are?”
“Funny. I was gonna ask the same thing. Since you seem to think you can order people around like you’re their boss. Might work with some, but not with me mate.”
bell, ivy.
I understand the meaning of the term. I just don’t agree with it as an idea
“Well good luck with that.”
Part of Jacqueline felt guilty for shouting when he had spoken of his parents being in the house and warned her not to. Another small part of her knew that she would have laughed at the nickname. “Acquaintance,” she corrected firmly. “I’m sorry, Mrs. Volkov. I didn’t mean to shout. I’ll be out of here in a few and you won’t have to deal with me any longer.”
Walking past her son, Rhonda Volkov paid no attention whatsoever to Dimitri, as she made her way to where she assumed Jacqueline stood. "You have such a lovely voice. Please, just Rhonda will be fine." The older woman had a king smile on her face & she held out the hand that wasn't on the stick. "Utter nonsense. You simply have to stay for lunch. With my always missing in action daughter, it feels like forever since there was presence of another woman in this house. I insist." Dimitri watched the whole thing go on & he knew Jacqueline would refuse, which was best for everyone. If Alyssa came home and saw a replica of Elisabeth in the house, she would freak out.
"Stop acting like you know anything about me! You don’t. I would never hurt her. It doesn’t matter what kind of control I have. I would kill myself before I hurt her. If I was so goddamn stupid I would kill you right now just to make you shut up."
Dimitri opened his mouth to retort something back, when there was a nock o his door, which brought his attention. "Dimka? Is everything alright? I heard shouts." It was his mother's voice. Shit. He pushed Jacqueline off him and went to open the door. "Yeah, sorry. All's fine. I'm just here... with a friend." He looked back to Jac and he didn't bothered asking her to pretend she was suddenly happy. It wasn't like his mother could actually see her.
"I’m a monster. Why shouldn’t I kill people? You’re so self centered to think that everything is about you. Maybe I just enjoy it? But if I don’t and I did want to hurt you then what better way than by hurting the people you try so hard to protect?"
"I see. So you're a monster. Alright. I agree, you are a monster. One who has no control, and a stupid one at that. But how much longer do you think it'll be until you crack and dig your fangs inside your sister's neck? Your human, defenseless twin sister. Will you kill her also just to get back at me?"
