So I lack any congruent designs and ideas for 096, but I had this tad bit concept where he isn't exactly human and only shares similar phenotypes to them. Otherwise, he is his own genetically constructed species. His characteristics might change in the future whenever I'm like redesigning him.

Scp-096, regarding the information above, is documented to be the only member of the Simia nix glaber (hairless snow ape). However, despite his species' name, he has shown to be significantly different and is only categorized as an ape due to his rather ape-like anatomy.
Here are some of the attributes similar to that of an ape:
His arms, or wingspan if you want to get fancy, is around (estimated) to be 6-7 feet long, whilst his actual height is 8'7".
His head is proportionally longer and larger than his human counterpart, with a smaller cranium and elongated, sloped features; eyebrows are also more prominent and define the shape of his eyes.
He has a heavier muscle to fat ratio than humans, which means he doesn't float when he goes into bodies of water. Bone density is also significantly heavy due to its durability and withstanding effects when under pressure or attacks.
And his hands and feet have an opposable thumb closer towards the upper knuckles, and have been used to scale rocky, mountain regions and rough terrain with surprising ease.

However, here are the differences that make it rather difficult to put him in the range of ape:
His bone density is considered one of the heaviest in the animal kingdom, including humans. The impervious surface and flexible ligaments within the joints make it impossible to break, bruise, or tear. It also determines why he's much heavier despite his lanky, bony appearance: around 450 lbs.
His diet is of a hyper carnivorous predator, consisting of only bloody meat, bone, and fatty tissue. He primarily hunts humans and sometimes animals, however, it doesn't affect his metabolism and he never seems to change weight. He avoids eating anything else outside of "hunting".
His levels of stamina, endurance, and also sheer ability to track down prey is impossibly high for a biological species of Earth; to the point where he is considered more of an anomalous entity than actual animal.
The ability to suddenly gain self awareness and consciousness, as well as interpret human languages and context easily, makes him a profound subspecies of human. Some animals show these characteristics, but 096 shows a level of "intelligence" of a 30 year old man.
He also just doesn't have visible genitalia and doesn't show any innate drives to mate with anyone; it's unknown why he doesn't, even to him.
He also has hidden mandibles in his mouth, which shoot out whenever he's hunting or upset, or even yawning. They are slid in and lined up next to the top teeth, the front appearing as a large canine fang, and also disguised as his bottom teeth. However, they're only noticeable if 096 shows them, as the prominent fangs are hidden behind the sides of his mouth.

But also, the reason his eyes are usually depicted as fully white is because he has a second protective membrane that covers his eyes. This usually appears when he's hunting, but when he's tired, you could probably see it attempt to appear.
