Yeah but no. At first, when Levi was hired to kill Erwin, yeah. There was a lot Levi hated not just Erwin but he realized that there was something about Erwin and he chose to follow to find what that is. He had found his liege. Also, Levi cared for him so much he threatened the physically harm Erwin to keep him out of danger and when Erwin was in danger he couldn’t stand how people thought of him and treated him that he allowed him to die peacefully. To Levi, Erwin was too good for their world.
“Erwin doesn’t care about Levi.”
Erwin blamed himself for the lives lost and he cared about every soldier under his command, that would include Levi.

Yes, because Erwin has stated that Levi is the only one he can trust with those missions. Levi is humanity’s strongest, after all. Levi, as the manga has described him, is Erwin’s right hand man, as well.

Levi is a captain, a position created and encouraged by Erwin for Levi to take. Erwin elevated Levi. They, also, have a casual relationship that allows Levi to speak to Erwin, the older of the two of a high social status, without the expected respect and Erwin isn’t bothered by that; they are equals.
Death does not take away from what they share. Kenny, an Ackerman with the same bond & liege follower, still thought and felt for Uri, his liege, after his death.
Basically, there is nothing anyone can say to contradict to ops statement. There are lots of examples to prove it from smartpasses, the creator’s interviews, and the manga. Eruri is a great ship.
