Hey there! It’s been two years since I’ve updated my prices, so I went ahead and did so! :> I’m a full time student working on my animation/illustration degree, so any commissions would be very helpful for that extra income!

  Detailed characters and/or backgrounds will cost extra. More details under the cut.

WILL DRAW: Fan-art, Original Characters, real people (in my style), animals, character designs (will cost extra depending on level of detail), illustrations of stories or fics, simple backgrounds, etc.!

WON’T DRAW: Mecha, major gore, sm*t or anything rather M rated, super complicated armor or weapons (unless you have some good references, and even then it will cost more) and I reserve the right to refuse to draw something if it makes me uncomfortable.

Send me an email at [email protected] if you’re interested. When emailing, please include reference(es), either written or images! Both are great. Filling me in on personalities, moods, basic backstories and the like, even excerpts of fics/stories would really help as well! Really the more info the better, but whatever works.

I’m willing to negotiate prices a little (ex.: Messier lines with more color, icons, a simpler style could cost less, but you have to specify; or complicated backgrounds/designs would cost more, etc.) and if anyone has any questions, please message me! Either email or on tumblr! Thank you!

There’s no way out of this one. He smiles, pained, his teeth glistening red. All possible futures for him are bleak, doomed plays. Perhaps it’s better for him to just….close his eyes here and-

“Ah. There you are.”

Aventurine flinches, trying and failing to bite back a groan that the movement elicits. That voice…there’s no way…

“Here to finish the job, Ratio?” the broken gambler rasps, turning his head to the alley entrance and flashing his best grin. Right now it probably looks ghastly. Can’t say he didn’t try, though. His vision is blurry and gray around the edges…it’s not like he can really see the man approaching him—a blur of navy blue, white and gold…holding an umbrella?— going more off the footsteps echoing about the stone walls. He hears a scoff. 

“That depends on you,” Ratio responds. A chuckle bubbles in Aventurine’s broken chest at that, catching on all the wrong places and tearing out of his throat in a sort of broken wheeze. 

“You’re funny…good one, Doctor,” he hisses, sticky blood dribbling down his chin. Just like the man to call back to a previous conversation at a time like this. 

Do you trust me?

Funny. Trust never had anything to do with it for him. Not really. Aventurine didn’t have that luxury. It’s always if he’s useful or not, if he can pay his debts when all is said and done, when the chips are down and the show’s concluded. Aventurine has far outlasted his use…there’s no reason for anyone to stick around. Unless Ratio was here to gloat…? No…Aventurine is at too low of a point to even be worth the Doctor’s time for that. 

This guy is the pinacolada of mental health.

Hello! I just moved across the country and am currently ✨unemployed✨. I'll get a job soon (I hope) but it's been quite the transition period...

And alot of my savings have gone to being able to keep my cat in the move, amongst other living expenses. I'm working on some commissions rn but am almost finished, and could really use the extra funds for a con trip I'm taking with my oldest friend soon! one of the things i like most about project hail mary is that ryland doesn't have a romance plot. it's such a relief to be able to watch an expansive, immersive sci fi movie about connection between all living beings and the power of courage and love between friends without gunking up the story with a romantic relationship. it emphasizes the immense sacrifice ryland was forced to make for all of humanity rather than shrinking that narrative down to one person
