Para kanino ka bumabangon?
Food and Art are one of the things that are very close to my heart, I myself have found a way to combine these two into something that I fond on doing. Cooking for me is a time to celebrate love, friendship and appreciation for those near and dear. I can think of no better way to show and share love such as through food and cooking! It’s not just the physiological effect of food on mood but also the way food speaks to all five senses, sight, touch, taste, smell and sound. We connect with food through experiencing the five senses and this should not be limited to taste! We eat with our eyes and get excited by the sight of food, we smell food, which is the very start of our digestive process, and we hear food cooking and touch food, which creates connection and triggers memories. Food can be expressive therefore food can be art
Food aside, cooking a meal for others is one of the most loving ways to show appreciation and a sense of nurturing. Cooking or being cooked for can bring back happy memories from childhood, travel or fun nights with friends. The surprise of what will arrive on the plate and what flavours will be tasted is an experience we can share with others and feel closer to by joining them in such an experience.
I believe having a loving attitude towards food and cooking is beneficial for health and is within reach for all. When Cooking I feel free, I feel like my true self. I oftenly see the kitchen as a safe zone for me, a place where I am free, a place where i can be myself, a place where i can freely express my feelings through food. I see raw indgridients as a blank canvas, a canvas where i can discover its infinite possibilities, a canvas where i can express myself. Eating is a necessity but cooking is an art.

Makatakot an kusog kan parus An balud nagbabaralintok sa lawod An pangadyi pondohon ta ako tigkukudug Isip ko tibad malamos... An simbag Mo, "Padaba, dae ka matakot. An makusog na hangin sa lawud Sinda an maturo kun panu An pagbayle tang duwa sa lawod..."
What makes you a true bueño?
An authentic identity of a certain person is measured when it is being manifested through his thoughts and deeds. As I embrace the love for education, the thought of leading people for a certain good, the importance of serving people for common good and most importantly the observance of morally upright deeds encompasses me to become a true-blooded BUeño.
Walang di masarap sa taong gutom, kaya pala bilis nila ma-fall pinakain lang ng atensyon...
