Hello everyone! I know this blog has been rather quiet lately. Been busy with work and just other obligations. But I'll be starting a new job with Facebook so I'll hopefully be having a lot more time even while at work to do some things. Hopefully your summer has been great! Get out there and have some fun now!
This is what my memorial day weekend is about.Â

Hey everyone! As Always hope you're all doing well. With memorial day coming, one moment to remember why we have that day is all I ask of ya. And to also enjoy yourselves. See family, friends what have! Take care guys!
Make me punch a wall. Make me slam a few doors. Kiss some stranger cause she had eyes that were kind of like yours. Ruin me girl, mess me up

Good news guys. I know I've been quiet last few months but I was working through some mental stuff and just take a step back to get back on track. Feeling much better again and have that energy again to get more stuff out there more consistently. Thanks for being patient! And for the kind messages I have received. Have a great weekend, gonna try to pump out a lot this weekend. Take care!
I shot the stars out of your sky, Took the love right from your eyes, And I did it all knowing you thought, I was the hero of your heart But I turned out to be, The breaker.
Sending you my love â€ïžâ€ïž feel better!
Thank you! Truly does mean a lot.
Don't worry, still here. Like in a previous post, I'm dealing with some issues mentally, and and still in the process of getting the right help I need. When I do find the time and energy and motivation to make gifs, believe me I will. Music is the one constant that has helped me get this far. So keep on keeping on. If I can, you can.
âTwas the night before Christmas, he lived all alone, In a one-bedroom house made of plaster and stone. I had come down the chimney, with presents to give and to see just who in this dwelling did live. As I looked all around, a strange sight to see, no tinsel, no presents, not even a tree. No stocking on the mantle, just boots filled with sand. On the wall hung pictures of far distant lands. Medals and badges, awards of every kind, a sobering thought came alive in my mind. This house was different, it was dark, it was dreary. I had found the home of a soldier, I could see that most clearly. The soldier lay sleeping silent, alone. Curled up on the floor in his one-bedroom home. His face was so gentle, room in such disorder, Not at all how I pictured a U.S. soldier. Was this the hero, of whom Iâd just read? Curled up on a poncho, a floor for a bed? Then I realized the other families that I saw this night Out there lies the soldiers who are willing to fight. In the morning around the world, children would play Grown-ups would celebrate a bright Christmas day But they all enjoyed freedom, each month through the year, because of soldiers like the one lying here. I couldnât help but wonder how many lay alone, on a cold Christmas Eve, in lands far from home. The very thought brought a tear to my eye. and I dropped to my knees and I started to cry. The soldier awakened, I heard his rough voice, âSanta, donât cry, this life is my choice I fight for freedom, I donât ask for more. My life is my God, my country, my Corps.â The soldier rolled over, and drifted to sleep, I couldnât control it, and I continued to weep. I kept watch for hours, so silent and still. as both of us shivered from the cold nightâs chill. I didnât want to leave him on that cold, dark night. This guardian of honor, so willing to fight. Then the soldier rolled over with a voice soft and pure. He whispered, âCarry on Santa, itâs Christmas Day, all secure.â One look at my watch and I knew he was right, Merry Christmas my friend, May God bless you this night.
6 years. Countless miles. 3 pairs of boots. And an infinite bond with some of the best men I will ever meet. I miss them everyday.
Veterans Day is today. This week the country voted for a new president. We were able to freely decide. A veteran once stood tall, raised their right hand and swore to defend the privileges we take for granted. Take today to thank a stranger, your family, that old man you see at the grocery store wearing his WW2 hat. And I can almost guarantee you that you will make their day 10x better. So to any of my followers who served, from my insane family to yours, thank you. Be proud. Walk tall.
Hey everyone! First, I do apologize for the lack of stuff lately. Mentally, the last few months I've been in a rough spot, and got some help and it's been a slow dragging process to get back on track. Cause of that finding the energy and motivation to pump out new stuff was exhausting. But I'm getting better and will finally have some more stuff out there as soon as I get the medicine I need in the next few days. Keep being awesome, have a great weekend! I've got a lot of new country music to catch up on! Peace and carrots, kids
