The highlight on Val's hair shifts from a blue grey hue when she's still conscious to a redder grey when Darquesse takes control :D

I think it's fun if Melancholia's scars glow when she's using her magic to do Death Bringer stuff. Would they glow if she was just doing regular necromancy? Eh I don't think so, just 'big feat' stuff... like killing people lol

The patchwork also does a miniscule amount of storytelling here, but I still want to note it because it's fun

At this point in the story Val's back is completely scraped up and she's missing a lot of her fingernails. Ouch xD

Also she's not wearing her red sleeved jacket anymore, but since this jacket was made for her off-page I took the liberty of including some red still.
