Straight DRAMA
A fucking QUEEN
morty is 5'3 in high school no wonder hes such a pain in the ass
one thing i like about taylor swiftâs tumblr presence is that a lot of the people she interacts with are fairly young (teenagers) and she interacts with them in a way that seems both genuine and appropriate. respect.Â
i am not feminine but i fucking love to wear dresses. they are superior to pants in every way during these summer months. and at first i was like "oh no" but then i realized that not being feminine but also enjoying dresses is... like... these things are not mutually exclusive.
"thats not that bad" vs "thats not bad" vs "its okay" vs "itll be better" sometimes you need to think all these things but only can tolerate hearing one

edward is an anxiety/adhd icon for just walking away immediately when faced with a conversation he doesnât have a pre-determined script for
Everything about that conversation is EXACTLY what your average person in uncomfortable social situations would do
we all make fun of this scene but how much funnier would it be if he just *long pause* "yes i did" and left
ÂĄCorre a por ella!
Look at this big happy moo dog
goddamnit yall cows are dangerous and someday we're gonna hear about a tumblr person getting smashed to death bc they tried to play ball with someone elses cows
honestly, it's a good thing if some people can use bisexuality and the bi community as a "stepping stone" towards coming out as gay. a lot of trans people ID as gay before they come out as trans and that's no problem. i think it's common for people to go from bi to gay. and i think it's nice that bi is such an open and welcoming label for a lot of LGBT people discovering their place in the community. this post is brought on by dan and eugene but ive felt this way for a long time. it doesn't make bi people less real and it doesn't make me more insecure. its fine and extremely helpful for some people! i think there should be some connection between gay people who used to ID as bi and bi people. some "im glad we could be there for you" energy. it's just far far far too common to be wrong, it's obviously what a lot of people do, so let's embrace it!
the word happy makes me physically ill. is happy even important
Aphobes canât like Good Omens, this is a novel about loving differently than youâre âsupposed toâ in which two characters, who never show sexual attraction to anyone, are nevertheless interpreted by many as being in a loving relationship, romantic or otherwise.
Non-binary exclusionists canât like Good Omens, because both of the main characters are genderless angels.
if i see one more post accusing neil gaiman of queerbaiting good omens fans even thoughÂ
heâs said that he wants LGBTQIA+ fans to feel valid in interpreting aziraphale and crowley however they want to for the past three decades
neil has repeatedly and publicly said that he supports interpretations of A&C being in love, queer, trans, nb, or a-spec its just that labeling their love is difficult because theyâre divine beings not contained by human ideals of romance and gender
that tweet going around of neil saying that fans were âreading too much intoâ A&Câs relationship was only a partial screencap of a longer tweet in which neil was supporting queer interpretations of his characters but no one on this site has reading comprehension or the ability to use google so everyone saw the incomplete text of the tweet and assumed neil was being homophobic when in reality that couldnât be further from the truth
the book good omens was published in the year 1990 when it was much more risky to display openly queer characters in media than it is now
the show good omens was made as a memorial to co-author terry pratchett who died in 2015, so obviously, making significant changes to the plot gaiman and pratchett wrote together would be full of emotional hardship and grief for neil gaiman who is no doubt extremely upset that he is making this adaptation without terry alongside him. of course he isnât going to deviate from the book since terry canât approve the changes.
there are a million ways to show love between two characters that donât involve kissing or sex and good omens used every single one of them between aziraphale and crowley
good omens already has many radical messages outside of A&Câs relationship (itâs literally a book philosophizing on the dangers of war and protracted conflict and questioning our understanding of christian theology. it also includes issues of feminism, anti-capitalism, climate change and pollution, and nuclear disarmament.) which cannot be ignored especially in todays political climate and to pretend that this show is as problematic as others i could mention just because neil wonât call two genderless creatures gay is reductive and frankly insulting
im calling the fucking cops
-signed a queer non-binary person who has been a fan of this book for over 5 years and wonât put up with any more fake woke tumblr bullshit from people who cant be bothered to do their research
thank you! finally yes! in the 90s gay meant gay, it wasn't a big umbrella for an entire acronym! i believe the line in the book addressing Aziraphales sexuality should be read today something like "Many people think Aziraphale is a gay man. This would be wrong, since he is not a man." Aziraphale is not anywhere close to being straight and never has been.
it's called minecraft bc the two functions of the game are mining and crafting and i think the fact we build and build and build and build and build and build when given these two powers says something about the true nature of 12 year olds!
idk who needs to hear this but only and i mean ONLY get a diagnosis from a legit doctor who practices regular internal medicine and NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES get a diagnosis from a homeopath, holistic doctor, eastern practicer, witch doctor, what ever you get the idea. if you want to get a treatment of hot rocks pressed to your forehead and distilled chicken livers with daisy infusion enema that is your right as a person. you might feel better afterwards! it might be a wonderful avenue for symptom relief. do what ever treatment you feel is beneficial and best for your health. but NEVER go to those people for a diagnosis and never be satisfied without a diagnosis from a regular GP because you could be very sick or have something seriously wrong that something like a chest x-ray or blood labs could diagnose and those previously mentioned doctors will not pursue those avenues of diagnosis. i know its frustrating dealing with doctors and hospitals but you should never let a homeopathic guide or whatever take you off the course of health and wellness and by giving you the diagnostic equivalent of a pacify with something like "energy sensitivity." you can find help. i was sick for 4 years before i got my diagnosis. meditation, smoothies, and ice water baths, and herbal tea helped me thru it. treat symptoms however you want to treat! but for your own good stick it out, fight the fight, get your diagnosis. AND its because of the people who stuck it out, kept trying, kept calling and asking, and kept asking for a diagnosis that there is now a blood test to screen for chronic fatigue syndrome, a now medically recognized and understood disease of the cells. in short, use the resources that nature gives us to treat your illness if you want, but make sure you pressure GPs and doctors to get a real diagnosis or try for one even if it doesnt exist.
