Recently I have been on this "i need to lose weight" thing again & i thought , i did so well when i used tumblr so im back !

I have been weighing myself everyday since the 10th of this month & im going to add it here

Day 1 (7/10): 231.2

Day 2 (7/11): 225.6

Day 3 (7/12): 225.4

Day 4 (7/13): 225.4

Day 5 (7/14): 224.0

Day 6 (7/15): 223.4

Day 7 (7/16): 222.8

Week 1: - 8.4 lbs

Day 8 (7/17): 222.0

Day 9 (7/18): 223.4

Day 10 (7/19): 223.8

Day 11 (7/20): 223.6

Day 12 (7/21): 223.6

but i havent been exercising or anything so its time to kick this weightloss into gear ! I want to be 170 by my 30th birthday ! thats only 53 lbs ! i can do this ! i want to do this ! Im motivating myself to do this !
