Thought I might as well post some more House Ghouls art, considering the lack of posts this month.

I’m actually gonna be joining Artfight this year, and I’m currently working of some high quality character sheets for each of the characters. This is what’s been taking up most of my time.

Here’s sketches for each of portraits.

CONTEXT: Aranea from Homestuck had fallen in love with Lotta on my friend @officialegg’s Tomodachi Life Island.

When they had sent me this screenshot, they’d only referred to her as “a Homestuck Character”.

I’m not exactly a Homestuck fan, so I had no idea who this was. I looked through character lists and decided this must have been Vriska, so that’s who I drew.

I didn’t want to ask my friend for further details, cause I didn’t want them to get suspicious.

Although I got the character wrong, they still LUVED the drawings. And to me, that’s all that matters. 😌

Also, I did allow @officialegg to tell Aranea that it must be love. Can’t wait to see this unfold… 🤭😈

My friend @officialegg made my OC’s Lotta and Reese in their copy of Tomodachi Life.

A couple of days ago, the island celebrated the milestone of 100 happiness boosts! And Lotta and Reese wear on maracas!!! 🥰

So, I drew a lil pic of them together to mark the occasion!

This does seem like a GOAT game. I might just have to get it myself. 🤩

I was experimenting with how I draw her. I wanted to exaggerate parts of her, like making her eyes bigger and her limbs more lanky and spindly. I really like how the end result turned out!

I need to tell you but the first height chart is little bit wrong. Why , because catnap can stand on two legs. This means he is more bigger than what did you did.

While CatNap does sometimes stand on two legs, he’s primarily a quadruplet in game.

I could’ve drawn both him standing up, and on all fours, but I was trying my best not to make any duplicates of the characters. This is also why I didn’t draw his red smoke appearance.

It was either four legs or two legs, and I chose the former.

Are the Mini Huggies really bigger then Bunzo? Because I thought it was the other way around.

There seem to be two types of ‘mini Huggies’ in the games. There are the ones from chapter 2 and the chapter 4. The Huggies in 2 are considerably bigger, and that’s what I chose to translate.

And, finally, we got… uhh… the rest? (I had no idea what to call this menagerie 😑)

This is pretty much all the other characters that couldn’t fit in previous charts. This is ALSO where I had realized the shear magnitude of characters that are in this game. I was JUST gonna do the Mini Huggies and Smiling Critters, which btw, I hadn’t realized how many of them there truly were. THAN I realized I had completely forgotten about the Nightmare Critters, who have a same number of members. And then, after all that, I STILL had to do the OUTIMALS! YAAAY!!!! 💀

I exaggerating, of course. This wasn’t a pain to do or anything. The Critters themselves all have the same base design, so they were all relatively easy to create. I could’ve added the evil Smiling Critters from 3, but I had a bit of an unspoken rule that I wouldn’t make any duplicates of any characters (pay no attention to how I broke this rule with the Mine Huggies).

Anyway! That’s the end of all the Height Charts I made! Once again, this was very fun. I love ALL these designs so much, and translating them into my style was a real help in me figuring out the best ways to mesh my style, as well as there base design in an appealing way.

I might make some more miscellaneous charts in the future, but they’ll be more for reference rather than a way to understand there heights. And because of that, I may not even post them. So as of right now, this is it.

Here’s the big thing I was talking about! A Poppy Playtime height chart!

Mainly for myself, cause I’d like to know how to scale these characters when drawing them. I didn’t follow the exact measurements of the characters, or at least what the wiki claims. Some of them just didn’t feel right. That’s why I called this a “Personal Height Chart”.

This is the first of four charts I made, this one being for the main monsters of each chapter. And I must say, the fourth one was really when the realization set of of “Wow… there are a LOT of characters in this game… 😵‍💫”. BUT, we’re getting ahead of ourselves.

I enjoyed every minute of making these, and I hope you’re all excited to see the rest!

I’ll be releasing the rest of the charts one by one over the next few days, so stay tuned for more of dem toys!

Uhh, sorry for not posting for most of March. I was hard focused on game stuff, so much so that posting art was just an afterthought. But the month is over, and I’m READY to post that art!
