Some nights, I lay awake, thinking back to the nights, laying in the bed, surrounded by the windows that I was always scared of falling out of, wrapped up in the blue sheets, being next to you. The weird light from the neighboring frat house that would blink on and off at around 4. The sounds of the downstairs neighbors. The sound of sex in every room, except the one we were in.

I went to a new therapist today and spent a very long time on the breakup with N. Having to rehash the story of him getting someone pregnant RIGHT AFTER taking about my dead dad was just the cherry on top of my day.
