Sitting here looking at this at the end of 2021 knowing that the person who sent this is sitting in his chair at the end of OUR bed makes me entirely way too happy.

Years, seriously, years he kept tabs on my blog checking in to see if I was okay. He would occasionally send me these anonymous messages. And I never put two and two together that it was him all along. I cherished these messages. They were all I had in some of the darkest moments of my life. I never wanted to post them because I wanted to save them all for myself.
