Joel was formally invited onto HC. Skizz snuck in. Impulse, Tango and Zedaph were aware, but chose to not inform Xisuma of the stowaway until it was too late to do anything about it. X just sighed and formally added him to the whitelist.

Aware? They helped! Tango hid him in Decked Out after the visitation event, Impulse gave hacking advice, Zed ran distraction. Really, Xisuma should have expected it, and part of him did.
