Artist: Rafael Jiménez

Born in 1989, Córdoba, Spain. His work moves between abstraction and reality. With classic painting technique but using plasticine, the artist endeavors to grasp the borderlines between fiction and reality, making the impression of a screen glitch. This way, he emphasizes his own perception of the portrait on contrasts between a hasty dysfunctional snapshot of a face, blurred, distorted by movements and the photographic immobility.
