I have a cute sleeveless shirt. I want to cover my shoulders and upper back without wearing another full layer due to the extreme heat. have you seen a solution for this. like upcycled tshirt thats cropped above the chest. I want it to look nice so I'm hesitating to just cut a random shirt . I guess if I painted something on the sleeves that could elevate it
