Does anyone else bargain with themselves when they run? Today was supposed to be 4 miles but it became pretty clear during the first mile that it just wasn’t there for me today physically or mentally. I cut the mileage in half but told myself if I was only doing 2 miles I’d better RUN. It was nice to feel a little speed.
