Birthday treats, one more seaside run, and a trip north for a repeat race 🏊🏻‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ Last night I did the splash and dash to get a practice swim in. The bike is racked and I’m ready for round 2 with Oregon 70.3 tomorrow. Yay 😺
