DISQUIZE ft Kiana White

For this editorial project our team added a spring flavor to our visual style. We picked an RnB artist as the model to give it a smooth touch . The setting took place at an ice cream shop to signify a youthful type of energy. One of the main components that contributed to the visual style was the decorated ice cream, and the outfit. The stylist chose a grey Sherpa jacket from our spring luxe collection and combined it with a pink skirt with white stripes which complimented the color of the ice cream. The grey Sherpa jacket was actually the perfect choice to also match the scenery outside of the ice cream shop, as you can see the different shades of the grey behind the model. To highlight our luxe Sherpa jacket, the photographer and the stylist worked on making sure the lighting was correct to put the proper focus on the item. Makeup treatments played a huge role for our project. I chose a natural makeup treatment for the model to give the photo a natural essence.

DISQUIZE X VSTUCK

Miami Hip Hop artist V-Stuck visits the Giovanni Dior store to feature in DISQUIZE spring collection ! Working with V-Stuck was a unique and learning experience! We were reluctant to have her as the face for our new release of the “Je ne me reconnais pas” graphic T-shirt release. In English it means “I don’t recognize myself anymore .” The picture depicts a lady with an expensive fur hat crying with a bleeding rose covering her mouth. Sometimes we can lose ourselves in material things where we might not even recognize our own selves anymore. It’s important not too lose ourselves In overconsumption of expensive things.
