The new Odyssey adaptation has inevitably gotten people talking about a Muppet version of it, and they’re frequently suggesting Kermit as Odysseus, Miss Piggy as Penelope.

I’m sorry but that’s thinking way too small, hear me out:

We need to have Miss Piggy as Odysseus, and Kermit as Penelope.

"What does Usopp even do? What's his thing?" Everything? He did their Jolly Roger, repaired the Going Merry whenever it was needed despite not being a carpenter/shipwright, built weapons for himself and others (Nami is only able to fight the way she does because of Usopp's building abilities), remembered to bring dials from Skypiea to incorporate them into said weapons to make them stronger, helps with plans and is a hell of a shooter.

The strawhats would have been gone had Usopp not saved Luffy from Sugar in Dressrosa. With haki, no less.

It's not Usopp's fault that Oda keeps forgetting him and giving attention to other characters instead of giving him more relevant scenes like the Dressrosa one.

So what the fuck do you mean "what does he do?" He's been doing shit since day one. He may act cowardly but he always locks in when it's needed. He stands up for the crew even tho he's shitting his pants. "What even is his thing?" Ya'll have got to be fucking blind, there's no way. Apart from the additional things he does, Usopp's a hell of a sharp shooter, you won't see him missing a target. That's his thing. He's a shooter. He's the shooter of the crew. He isn't useless just because he doesn't have the same insane level of raw power/strength that the monster trio has.

On top of that, he's also funny and pretty. He's doing everything all at once.
