This whole thing sickens me. I personally would not get an abortion, but it’s the WOMAN’S CHOICE. If you outlaw it, you risk the fact that women will throw themselves down a flight of stairs, or getting an abortion that is just not safe. But men don’t fucking care.
I honeslty don’t see why men give a shit. it’s not you that has to have the abortion. It’s not even women that have to have the abortion. Only the women that want to.
And listen, our country takes pride in its freedom, regardless of sex, gender, sexuality, etc. But lately all I’m hearing is that we can’t do this, and we can’t do that. I saw a post earlier about how Canada seemed to be more free socially than America was.
Our freedom should be that when you work hard, you get to keep your money. If you want to do something that doesn’t hurt anyone else, you should do it. Granted, I personally think abortion is wrong, but you know what? It’s not up to me. It’s up to the woman that has an unwanted pregnancy. And believe me, I have seen how hard that shit can be.
This country’s government needs to butt the hell out of our social issues. They are social. Which means we get to decide. For instance, if you try to pass a bill that creates a fucking uproar in a congress room(literally, people were screaming in outrage), that is a good hint to back the hell off, especially when it doesn’t infringe the rights of others. We still have a rotten economy. Go fix that.
