Not me listening to my favorite L7 songs and remembering how I wanted an L7 tattoo and how I’m living in a completely different world now. My 18-20 years ago self. Discovering a world of punk + feminism and having it be my whole world at the time. Buying used cd’s online cheap. God it’s a completely different era of my life that I will always remember but at the same time almost forgot. I even learned L7 bass lines at the time because of my interest in Bianca Halstead of Betty Blowtorch who Jennifer Finch briefly toured with on guitar. Shitlist is the one I remember the most.

Looking through my old Halloween haul videos and forgetting that I bought half this shit and being amazed by so much of it. Just gives me more motivation to restrain on my shopping this year and remind me of what I already have.

Using the slow cooker for the first time. I’ve never even used a slow cooker at all before. Doing an ultra-simplified chicken tikka masala. Just a simmer sauce from a package and buttery garlic seasoning.

I also realized that the B stands for Beautiful which I guess is the name of Drew’s line. I thought it stood for Barrymore lol. But I imagine that was done on purpose for branding.

I love that it’s hardly putting out any outer heat at all so far (I got it to avoid using the oven during summer) and I love that it kinda looks like a cauldron.

I caved in and ordered a meat lover’s calzone. I forced myself to not get the chocolate cheesecake. My hand smells delicious like charred calzone crust. 😌
