i think they refer to "Hikaru" 's kind as lost children because they are in fact the kids sacrificed to stitch the holes during that festival. Souls without a vessel, wandering eternally. I think "Hikaru" is actually a part of a way larger whole than we've been lead to believe by him because Tanaka calls him a giant or smth along those lines and we see the sort of red smoke indicating him spread across the whole mountain, we also see what seem to be parts of him in that cicada and that eel on the beach. So yeah, I wonder how much of what "Hikaru" says is true and I wonder if all the souls merged together on the other side to form this sort of being, granting wishes because that's what they did - they granted their parents wish to go in this scary place and close the hole from the inside to save them at the expense of their own lives.
I like this one too
Hikaru is one of the holes right??
And thats why theres more impurities because hes not sucking them back in.
Hikaru is one of the holes right??
While discussing current theories about where 'Hikaru' might have come from and what he might be, a theory suddenly occurred to me:
What if 'Hikaru' is Hichi Indou's unborn son?
We know that people died from mercury, and she could have been pregnant when she died. 'Hikaru' appeared precisely then. He is an innocent soul who never lived, but his mother might not have wanted him dead.
We know that due to hunger and disease, all the women took mercury. And Indo's wife became pregnant prematurely, like the others. But she wanted to give birth. So, to save her life, Indo mixed mercury into her food. And, realizing his betrayal, she committed suicide so she could die with her child, not abandon him.
That's why his life is so closely tied to the Indou family, who have had to marry and bear heirs for generations as atonement for the death of 'Hikaru', the innocent child.
I think "Hikaru" is one of the holes
I can't tell if people don't listen or take me seriously or if its just my social anxiety telling me that 🕺
What if…?
If you relate to any of the following, Drizzt Do’Urden might be for you

- had mean older siblings
- any experience of discrimination
- grief and blaming yourself too much
- raised in strict religious household where your made to feel guilty all the time
- the queer urge to be yourself and not what you family forces on you
- the queer urge to find a new home and family

- the eternal ‘why is everyone so mean and why can’t they be more nice’
- standing up for others
- love cats
- love swords
- monologuing your feelings

Iron Man 1 really said "the actual bad guy is the white capitalist who is selling arms under the table to both sides in order to extend the war and make as much money from it as possible," and Iron Man 2 really said "the white capitalist who gives a platform to people with bad intentions in order to make a buck is the reason the bad intentions have the opportunity to prosper and cause untold damage," and Iron Man 3 really said "the real terrorist is the white capitalist who will create and use fear to manipulate governments and the public in order to sell a product," and I really don't think enough people recognise this.
