Adding on to my last post with what @bells-shrink was saying. (If you don’t want to be tagged let me know and I’ll untag you!)
What if Bell was supposed to wear glasses, but wouldn’t for missions as it was annoying to wear glasses and a balaclava. So when he was brainwashed he didn’t have them with him so he simply forgot he ever needed them. I wonder if the intravitreal injections made his vision worse. More Bell with glasses thoughts brewing.
