Cassandra and Soltimper…

There’s actually a really dumb reason that I like depicting these two together. Cassandra is the only cat with such a smooth coat and minimal (if any at all) warmers, so I’ve always visualized her with a perfect silky coat. When I was first drafting a Cats OC, I was drawn to that perfection and wanted Soltimper to have a mostly solid coat as well! That and…I was lazy and didn’t feel like dealing with a traditional tabby pattern lol

Because of that, one tidbit of Soltimper is that he likes Cassandra because they both have smooth, silky coats, though his is fluffy and not short in various places

TLDR: I never felt like drawing those stripes Cats characters have and I really like Cassandra

Soltimper abound! So many sketches of my Cats OC, Soltimper. Years ago I called him my ‘Hornet Nest Feline,’ but now his subtitle will be ‘The Prickly Cat’. It’s a little self-indulgent, wouldn’t you say? 😅

I’ve also included a few sketches of my other OC, Pied Percidee, The Birdcatcher Cat. That and a Tugger sketch or two

Ahhhh but anyway, I’m back in a bit of a Cats hyperfix, doodling and sketching quite a bit. I wanna get to know YOUR, yes YOUR OCs as well!!
