I wanna go out dancing. Someone go dancing with me.
I went out with my mom today and she started talking about how good the sex on the day you get married is. Not only was I left with an image of my parents having sex, but I realized that I was born nine moths after my parents wedding. I was wedding sex.Ā Wie wunderbar
Or a late bastard child.
Huh. thatās veryā¦interesting. I know nothing about music. Nothing besides what sorts of music I like and thatās about it.Ā
That's not a bad place to start. What do you like to listen to?
But what happens when you miss it? Do you start dancing at the wrong time? Ā Or does something else happen? I donāt understand this drop the beat thing.
In a lot of songs, the bass builds up real slow then when you get to, I guess 'the climax' of the song, the beat drops and things just go crazy. Sometimes you think it's going to happen when it doesn't then yeah, start dancing at the wrong time.
How do you miss it though?
You just...miss it. I don't know, expect it at the wrong time usually.
Maya Arjeta Dushku || MoodboardĀ
The time I'm saddest in life is when the beat drops and I miss it.
Iām thinking of taking up a new instrument. Ten points to anyone who can suggest something useful.
I play a bunch. You got any ideas what kind of instrument?
My best friend called saying that heās been watching some of the things online, and that Iām really getting some. Heās a strange creature.
Are you really getting some?

Amber: saw the girl lose her height and it made her feel a little bit more at ease. She hated being so short and those heels made her hover over her. Of course, she was already taller than her but at least she wouldnāt have to look up at her to talk to her. āI hope you donāt mind pepperoni.ā She said as she took another slice. She looked over at the other girl and let her eyes scan over her quickly, she had to admit⦠she was really beautiful but she decided to keep that to herself.
Maya: took her first bite of the pizza and let out a sigh in appreciation, the hunger that had been building at the very put of her stomach thanking her silently. "Pepperoni's perfect," she nodded, pulling herself up onto the counter and crossing one leg over the other- mostly due to modesty, she was most comfortable in old sweat pants and vests but her work made her dress up slightly and pulling on a short dress was often the easiest option. "So...Amber," she began, taking a moment to summon the name from her short term memory, "Why up so late?"
I do, actually. All too well. Have you figured out how to treat it, because I havenāt ever managed.
It can be responsibly treated by ignoring it and going to bed. Irresponsibly, you just make the most of the energy.

Dancing around the kitchen with her pizza, she took bites variously. She usually dined alone and was actually pretty excited for company. Of course, she usually ate at the weirdest times but still, it was nice to have company for once. Finishing her piece of pizza, she turned around and stopped dancing and Ā smiled awkwardly. āHi there.āĀ
Maya had only just got back to the house, having played a set at a club she used to be a regular at. It was strange to see how many people knew who she was now compared to the general anonymity she used to have there. It reminded her of all she had accomplished though and that was always good motivated. A night out added to her general tiredness as well though as well as hunger. She hadn't eaten since she had made an attempt to line her stomachĀ sometime near lunch. in preparation for the inevitable alcohol. So the promise of pizza when she got in the door was a welcomed one.
Walking into the kitchen, she pulled off her heels, losing her about 8 inches as she did so. "Hey there," she replied, carrying to discarded heels by their backs in one hand and plucking a slice out of the box with the other.
cutest girl in the house?
It'd be unfair to say, I've hardly met anyone yet.
Nope. Itās still in the box.
Then I'd love some pizza.
I get that. I sort of want to sleep, but I also wanna run around and do things. Iām not sure which Iāll end up doing.
Running around is a lot more fun.
Yes. Yes. I feel that right now too.
I can't tell if I love it or I hate it.
