Day 107: Majikaru Tetorisu Charenji Fīcharingu Mikkī for the Nintendo 64. Known in the states as Magical Tetris Challenge, this is a Disney licensed Tetris game developed by Capcom. Also known as the weird ass Tetris with “magical” pieces that are unwieldy and the ability to get a “Pentris” which is 5 lines instead of 4. Day 106: Mawthorne for the Nintendo Entertainment System. A new game in 2022 for the NES designed using the NES Maker game design software. A fun Metroidvania style game that I backed on Kickstarter. I like the gameplay and am real curious about the mythology of the world. I like the art style in the game, not so much in hand drawn art for the box and manual (looks a little too much like early 2000 web comics). Day 105: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the Nintendo Entertainment System. This is another cart rescue. The cartridge was trashed so I got a glow in the dark replacement and a custom label. This one has the turtles with different colored masks whereas the original version has the red masks. Day 102: The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening for the Nintendo Game Boy. The original cart was broken but the board was still working. I replaced the battery and made a new decorative cart for it.
