it had been a rough week. a week that had once more lead her to the votive on the weekend and tonight she really felt like letting loose. deuces, for her was the place to go. after all, she used to be a professional dancer before she ran her own record label and she still had the moves. dancing was still her passion and after a stressful week it was always the way to get it all out – that and, of course, several other activities the votive had to offer. her hips were swaying to the music, her eyes closed as her body sensually moved to the beat and she was completely in her own world, almost forgetting everything around herself. almost. she let her brown eyes roam around the crowd, and the moment they made contact with another pair, an inviting smile tugged at the corners of her lips as she gestured for the other to come closer. “Dance with me,” she said over the music, reaching out with her hand, offering for the other to take it.
It wasn’t often Bex got a glimpse of Amelia like this. In her element, herself wholly and completely. Still as intoxicating as ever. Their last moments together had been tension filled, Bex had wanted more. But she was scared, always scared of making her feelings known, which is why she ran. Not that she didn’t have a place to go - but, tour had kept her busy. Finishing up her gigs at Cochella, on a side stage, but still for her it solidified that she had made it, somewhere, some how. Bex finished up her set and doused herself with a water bottle after drinking most of it making her way to Amelia she pulled the other in close pressing her lips to the other woman’s neck. “And here I thought you’d be mad at me.” She smiled a little letting her arms drape around the others sweat laced shoulders, fingers tangling in the honey locks.
