It all starts with the issue of the basement tapes; It makes no sense to destroy the tapes if they are the main evidence in the case and could be used to study and learn how to prevent more tragedies like Columbine and control the situation, but no, they don't do that.

They don't care about school shootings, and this is evident in the tragedy at Robb Elementary School. They let Salvador Ramos kill several children in a room that wasn't even locked; they laughed and talked as if several children weren't being killed in a classroom.

They are hypocrites. "We won't release it to avoid more cases like Columbine" and then several similar cases appear year after year.
