It's been almost a year of grandpa crashing into everything, while driving. I offer to take the wheel, but he's adamant about how good of a driver he is. He's got the best cars, been driving for years, and knows what he's doing, despite having run over our neighbor, and their pet dog.

The adults in the room are always arguing to either take his license or let him tire himself out, and just accept it.

"He knows what he's doing".

Well we ended up accepting it.... and now the neighbors are mad, the streets feel less safe, and for some reason the unvaccinated kid down the street has spread measles to half the school, and the neighborhood?

It's times like this I miss Sleepy Grandpa. At least when he fell asleep at the wheel , we could grab the steering wheel

Today, Feb 28, is a nationwide boycott in which people are being encouraged to NOT buy anything from anywhere.

This means not spending a single penny on Amazon, Target, Trader Joe’s, gas, groceries, etc. for a full 24 hours.

It is not clear how much of an impact this will have on the economy, if any. If you have to spend money today try to keep it in your community and shop at the small businesses that actually need your support.
