Valuation for Potential Cubs Trade for Pitcher

Well, after elimination from the postseason the Chicago Cubs (and all of us arm-chair fans) have now shifted to offseason mode. As we know, offseason talk quickly goes to trade talk. With the Cubs needs in the rotation, bullpen, and(to a lesser degree) a regular position player with a better contact rate it is a luxury that the Cubs go into this offseason with roughly 10 starters for 8 positions.
