Business Continuity: Redefined
We’ve got some exciting news at DMC, and we’re pretty jazzed about it. We’re happy to say that we’ve added another service to our repertoire, and that is Business Continuity. You may or may not have heard of it. Regardless, let us explain. It might be a little different than what you think.
Business continuity is defined as the concept of staying on course and continuing to provide services, even in the event of obstacles. We often see clients facing hurdles in the form of losing data space or business space. Due to that experience, we know one thing for sure and it's that stormy weather will hit at some point or another. When that happens, we want to provide you with a contingency plan that keeps your company in business and keeps your customers satisfied in the process.
With our Business Continuity service, we will provide space for your internet and phone service to come through. This service is phenomenal for businesses as well as other IT consulting companies. You have a standby rate (the monthly fee) which gives you access to the space and then a rate that will go into effect when you utilize the space.
We’re excited for the wonderful things that this service will provide. We’re also always happy to help business owners rest easy knowing they're protected in unexpected events.
