From obese to marathon runner - 343lbs down to 174lbs in 2 years. A little heavier than that now due to strength training in preparation for Tough Mudder! http://atribecalledmudder.tumblr.com/

Love this class at my gym! 7am perfect start to the day - I recommend it especially if you're a keen runner as it's really helped my gait.
A newspaper article from 2 years ago, lost 2 more stone since then and run loads more miles, including a marathon!
A couple more side by sides of before, during and after. There's no way I could have even considered Tough Mudder in my previous state. Bring on the TM challenge!
Me being presented with the trophy for getting 3rd place male in the Wessex Autism four seasons series of 10k runs. Pretty proud moment for me as it marks the first time I receive an award for more than simply participating.
Me running my first ever marathon, the innaugural Bournemouth Marathon 2013. After my training took a back-seat due to heel injury, I managed to bounce back with a time of 4:45 - which included 45 mins of hobbling with cramps - aiming for a new marathon PB next time round!
