Another late night of musings, so here's another throwback piece

The father & The son

Like two peas in a pod or two apples from the same tree, the father and the "son" mirror each other. Both with their rock head mentality and tongues that cut deeper than a knife. The father always beams when the "son" is around. Yet the "son" is quite similar to the sun in that the closer you get, the more likely you will get burned. However, both remain aloof with a slight disdain for many things. NEVER aware of how deeply they hurt those that love them the most. The father and the "son", who knows which way the wind will blow them next.
