had a dream that I met a wizard and we fell in love and became unhealthily attached to each other so we decided to meld into one single creature together but the process was horrifically slow and painful and most of the dream was us lying in bed holding hands while lesions opened up in our skin and seeped out blue and green fluid and the wizard said "this is going to take a very very long time" and I said "that's ok"

the “trans people are all useless jobless sensitive losers who contribute nothing to society. get a hobby smh” stereotype is funny to me because, in my experience, trans people love nothing more than their little hobbies. that should be the stereotype. these fucking trans people won’t stop crocheting scarves and programming video games and learning how to make swords and weaving baskets out of plastic bags. half the time when i text a trans person they’re like “sorry for the late reply i was building a mechanical keyboard from scratch”

full disclosure, i am also a trans person with hobbies, so i’m biased. but like. listen. every once in a while someone irl dares to be like “oh but you’re not one of those trans people, you’re cool, you have a job and you’re an artist and you do Cool Stuff, you don’t just sit around and complain” as if i couldn’t pull out my phone and introduce them to 47 even cooler trans people. perhaps the real problem is that some of u guys use ‘cringefail’ snapshots of poorly articulated misery to pass judgement on entire groups of people. food for thought lmao

i fear that i may have inadvertently implied that it’s not okay to to jobless, sensitive, and transgender. incorrect. you don’t have to have a job and a billion hobbies and “contribute” to society in some immediately obvious way. exist, my friends, live in peace

but i do think it’s ironic that this stereotype exists about a group of people who i can only describe as “most likely to make bead lizards”
