Before I publish and make the actual demographics survey, I wanted some feedback to what questions I should ask and how I should ask them. I will probably keep this open for a week or so to see how far this will go.
I am looking at the advice/things to take into consideration for the demographics survey. One thing I did see is concerns over the race question. I was planning on having a continental questions (Europe, Asia, North America, etc) and asking if people are from an English-speaking country/what is the primary language spoken. Even then, I have lived in the US most of my life and I understand that the view of race/descriptions are non-inclusive and not very clear at times. I just wanted to ask if there are better descriptors I can reference. Please reply or submit suggestions in my askbox.
Also, for those that don't know (because I haven't done a good job posting this) but I am trying to do a dnp demographics survey. Right now, I have a pre-survey that I will close soon asking for some questions that people are curious about and would want to be included as well as things I should be aware of. If you haven't filled it out and want to put input, please fill it out.

it's not really logistically possible to take an accurate census of the entire phandom, but I am so curious the demographics beyond what's already known/obvious
like how many of us are specifically 26 year old men who have been watching them since we were 11 year old girls? because I've come across two others just today

Hello! I started a blog of phandom demographics.
I am just one person running this blog out of curiosity (esp after the hard launch). I am seeking inspiration from other tumblr demographics blogs I have seen but this is my first time doing this myself so it might not be the best but it's something.
My goal is to have an open askbox for people to make suggestions regarding what questions should be asked and how to ask. I will send out a survey soon about what to include in a demographics survey.
I don't know how popular this will be but I think it would be cool to see the similarities and differences from people in the phandom :)
