Hello! Assistance fee will be collected upon confirmation of your slot po (can be paid via GCash / MAYA). Then the ticket payment should be sent to our MAYA account (not the case for card presale because your card will be used upon checkout then).

Re: ticket claiming, tickets are secured under your personal account (i.e., SM Ticket, etc.) / personal information (i.e., Ticketnet, etc.).
