Question 1: After extracting two of my teeth, I notice a hole in my gum where my teeth used to be in. The other hole was stitched but this one wasn’t. I got some food in the hole. Is this bad?

Usually for simple extractions, dentists don’t stitch the tooth sockets. To prevent dry socket, do not disturb the blood clot in the tooth socket. You can try to gently remove the food particle. As long as there is no increasing pain from the socket, it’s fine and should heal normally.
