one of the main writers for lupus automata, the upcoming series by @catboymoments! i made this blog to answer questions about the comic or the characters/arcs that i made, voice or write!

i am adult, for this blog just call me Vic and use my name instead of pronouns.

I figured it was time to make an official blog for this project!! im so happy that so many people love lumataworld so far.

the inbox is open and questions pertaining to the story or the webcomic itself are encouraged.

what rules do you have Lumata OCs interacting with the mold spore?

I've noticed a couple of people in the discord , Twitter and in other servers where Lumata is spoken about and I don't have many boundaries for Juniper as a character, people can typically do what they want but I am going to ask first and foremost that people stop was saying that they're OC would know what Juniper has done in the past or present if they did, they wouldn't. Juniper would find some way to gaslight them or lie to them about whatever they saw them doing or played off like they're the one who's crazy.

They are a manipulator, they're a creep but they're not open about being creepy. The behaviors they do to make Helios uncomfortable and public are minimum and if they are it's just them being a little bit overly touchy or crossing a very small boundary.It's fine to have an OC be uncomfortable with them because they're an uncomfortable person to be around, but no one's going to know that they're going around seriously harming people and then proceed to not do anything about it.

It doesn't make sense story wise, and it's something that's been bothering me for a little bit now. People would not know about what they did to Helios because they don't want the information out and Helios doesn't want the information out. The other people that Juniper has victimized are no longer alive or will never come forward that would happened.

I'd also like to ask if possible for people to not openly ship OCs with them, nine times out of 10 if Juniper found out that someone had a crush on them. They'd be immediately turned off and start actively avoiding that person.

At some point I will post my boundaries for Juniper as a character and also some random tidbits of lore about them when I get the time!

Part 1 of a bit of a nonlinear prequel and sequel to this comic, and a continuation of the flashback five years prior in the story regarding Helios, Kiida and Juniper.

I wanted the recent flashback story I’m working on with Helios, Juniper and Kiida in Lupus Automata to have a “cover art” of sorts for when I format everything properly, and in my art classes we’ve been focusing on hatching and rendering planes in 3D space so this !!! happened !!!!

Thank you all so much for the recent support on my original work I can’t say enough how much it means to me, I’ve gotten a lot more confident as an artist and writer as a result and I hope you continue to stay tuned to see lupus automata though :’) awawawa
