I know this is old news but I still can’t stop thinking about how saving Rachel would’ve probably stopped the storm. It all comes back to her implied powers, and how they are connected to Chloe somehow, like Max’s is. Arcadia Bay has some mystical unexplained lore that also has to do with at least some of it. It’s all connected, just not explicitly so.

Yes, and I always thought you could save her and should save her. Why was that not an option? I was so mad at that... still am.

Look at this picture. I want redemption for Rachel, an entire arc. Her as an adult, talking about being a surviver, about being groomed and about how the choices as a teen almost cost her everything, how she overcame the struggles and hardships and moved on.

Look at her face here, she was aware what happened to her here, she was not sleeping and this is not the face of a consenting adult, this is a sad, scared, traumatized person that is being tortured against her will and without help, and I am still hurt over this. Rachel was killed, she died sad and alone and terrified, just like Chloe does, if you save the town.

I want the Rachel I deserve. I want the Rachel Chloe deserves.
