Why did I let myself stay with someone that got me stuff he liked with my mom's money and wouldn't communicate despite me begging and pleading. Then he would bring up stuff from over half a year before and say that I wouldn't let us talk through situations. Gaslighting broke manipulators are crazy. I'm happy to say I've gained so many meaningful relationships with people who care about my wellbeing. Got friends I can call whenever, relationships that aren't one sided and as much reassurance as I need. I should've left him earlier but I didn't, so I'm glad I left him when I did. Despite him keeping his expensive presents when he knew I was struggling. I deserve everything I gave him and someone who can love me back.

Finally got to the point where there's no uncertainty about how much better I'm doing after a year of frustrating setbacks. I'm doing amazing and I'm so excited again. Also I'm finally done for the semester and that is a new level of relief.

I was playing a bg3 and had my coffee next to me while I played, my cat on the other side of me chilling. At some point, she decided "nvm I'd like to push over your coffee," and knocked it over while I was distracted. If we can de-extinct* species, surely there’s no point in worrying about endangered species anymore! We can bring them back anytime!

*depending on your definition of de-extinction.

Its that they already don't care if most life on earth went extinct, but they know the general public and many fellow politicians might feel differently. They hope this misconception will trick people into letting them do as they please.

If I'm REALLY bipolar, why does the world feel like it's falling apart and won't take me with it? Why does it feel like I'm being crushed by an incomprehensible weight that I can't push off? Hm??? I'm Lark (xi/xyr //pronounced zee/zeer//), 22 years old, medicated, and trying to figure stuff out.

I have bipolar 1 and make it everyone's problem because my brain tells me to and who am I to refuse.

I've recovered from a lot, but I'm still working on more. I make dumb mistakes but post online about it bc digital diary vibes.

I can hope this won't end up being found by future bosses or colleagues, but I'll survive if it is.
