Hi, groomer here! In regards to your post about your pup being dandruff-y if theres been a change of weather in your area recently sudden temperature changes, especially if it's gotten colder, can cause flaky skin! Also, I'd recommend either tar and sulfa or something with aloe over something with oatmeal. Oatmeal can sometimes cause yeast infections if your dog is prone to it! Hope that helps even just a little!

Thank you :) That would make sense - Michigan weather is dramatic and will be 60 degrees today but a blizzard tomorrow. 

I had him at the vet today when I noticed, so they didn’t see any fleas & he’s never had a problem with those before anyway (in response to @woolywoofs) Brushing is something I could do though, I don’t really brush him at all since he just has a single coat.

Charlie randomly has dandruff? He has never had it before... He eats a dang fish based food that already has omega fatty acids in it, I don’t give him excessive baths, we don’t keep the house that warm/dry...

Has anyone had issues with dandruff? I bought an oatmeal shampoo to see if that will help the next time I bathe him.
