Oh hm this is fun

20-24 inches tall, maybe like 40-65 lbs, with kind of a working Mal base (longish legs, not much stop, tall, pointy ears) with like a bobbed tail (but not as short as an Aussie) and has short to medium length hair with tricolour markings (in both red and black) and also any colour eyes

Working at the vet clinic it was more like "how to tell a customer that they are a horrible pet owner without losing that patient"
