6. say three nice things about yourself (three physical and three non physical)

I have pretty eyes, I like my body, and I have nice hair. I am strong, brave, and sensitive.

9. what calms you down? meditation, deep belly breathing, a hot cup of tea, massage, running, journaling, pretty much anything under the polyvagal theory works for me.

19. most important thing in your life? maintaining my mental health/being there for my family. it feels selfish to not say my husband or family- but I have to take care of myself first before I can be there for others in the way i’d like to be.

20. what do you want most in the world right now? the courage and strength to get through my job, so that I can go back to focusing on the things that matter most, my family, home, & self.

21. if you could tell your past self one thing, what would it be? you have no idea what’s coming for you. (I don’t wanna tell her too much!)

22. what would you say to your future self? I love you, thank you, you are beautiful.

23. favorite piece of clothing? mmm all of my crew necks

30. what reminds you of home (doesn’t have to mean house... just things that remind you of the feeling of home)? Jackson for sure, my dogs, my zen room, the smell of spruce/woodsy oils.
